Skills Required:
Answer telephones, respond to telephone requests for information.
Open loan files, enter information into databases, creating file worksheets and labels.
Close loan files by ensuring all needed documents are properly filed. Send closed files to archives.
Perform photocopying, faxing and filing of loan files and documents.
Organize and Maintain paper and electronic files.
Perform assignments as requested by the office managers.
General office duties.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent typing, filing, proofreading and organizational skills.
Ability to be professional, patient, and understanding when taking telephone calls from clients.
Must be willing to work is a fast-paced environment
