I heard that if you are driving in the rain with your car lights off. You will get a Ticket.

Really? Good to know, thanks! I think I do, normally.... but then, I haven't really thought about it.

But then there are those people that put their hazard lights on when it's storming... that's a little TOO much, I think.

This law has been in effect for quite awhile now. It is just good, common sense. But, I don't ever see the po-po around the SCV to enforce it. Same with the cell phone law. Good idea, but no enforcement. What a waste.
