From SCVTalk:https://www.santaclarita.com/blog/view.php?blog_entry_id=31387Einstein Audit Doesn't Look Good: Almost a year after it was requested, an audit of Albert Einstein Academy for Letters, Arts and Sciences has been completed. While there is apparently no clear-cut evidence of fraud, there were "significant deficiencies" in financial reporting and record-keeping. KHTSDistrict Board Member Weighs In: As the Acton Agua Dulce Unified School District prepares for tonight's public hearing about the Einstein Academy, Newhall School District board president Brian Walters weighs in on "myths and facts" surrounding the lawsuit that led to a new charter petition being sought by AEA. 10% water delivery from the state.
And new developments like Newhall Ranch get approved based on 100%.
Now you know where your next rationing plan will come from.

Buck did a terrible job in Washington of addressing the concerns of Santa Clarita residents. The fact that he has represented us since 1993 is a sad reflection of politics in our valley. Many of us have called his office and written letters clearly stating the importance of stopping the Cemex mine. Because we did not represent lobbying groups with pockets of money, we were ignored. For years our City Council chose to be ineffectual regarding the mine and now act surprised that Buck did us wrong.

Remember the HUGE banner City Council purchased that crossed McBean Parkway (or was it Valencia Boulevard?) several years ago that said "Thanks, Buck"? Well, thanks Buck.
