We are growing rapidly and looking to build our team with individuals who will represent us with that same high quality. We are currently searching for an Accounting Clerk to work at our Chatsworth headquarters.
Primary responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Account Payable
1. Entering payables into account software
2. Organizing statements and bills for management review
3. Preparing invoices
-Reconciling credit card statement
-Analyzing freight bills
-Order entry-Entering estimates and sales orders
-Coordinating requests for liability insurance
-Maintaining files
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience
-3+ years Accounting experience
-Proficiency in QuickBooks
-Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
-Excellent organizational and communications skills
-Attention to detail a must
